Beautiful small lamp Verified Purchase
Really lovely small table lamp. We're using this indoors as a bedroom lamp in the spare bedroom and we've been sitting this on the window sill to charge up. In common with many of the Solar Centre's customers we now have several lamps and we're delighted with every lamp. I should also mention the fantastic customer service, last year one of our orders arrived damaged and these lamps were immediately replaced and recently one lamp stopped working (under one year old) this has also been replaced. We highly recommend this company and their products.

This is a super lamp. It has charged nicely even in the autumn sun ( it is in a conservatory). The controls are easy to use and the colour choices are great. I am very sorry to hear this, please may I ask you to turn the light off for 5 days in a south-facing position to recharge the light, if after this the light is still not illuminating, please email our customer service team at [email protected] for further assistance.

Question:
I recently purchased this lamp and have placed it on my bright window ledge to charge, it has been there for over 2 weeks and doesn't light up. I have tried using the remote supplied(even changed the batteries in it) to try to get it to light up. There has been the odd bit of sunshine during this time Is there something else needed to get it to work?

I do apologise as it won't charge through a window, it will need to be directly outside in the sunlight to charge.

Please can you try charging them directly outside it should turn on?
