Winchester Solar Wall Light

I bought these for their traditional styling but have been blown away by the quality & brightness. I will say that they do require 6 hours of direct sunlight to work. This is because they have been designed to prolong the battery life meaning they do not switch on at all if the battery isn't charged enough (I had a chat with one of the customer service people they were very helpful and lovely). However I personally like this fact as I want the product to last a long time. It's feels good quality out of the box. A nice weight to it. They are easy to install with a few holes drilled. All the screws mountings as screws you need into the box. The light they give is bright but diffused. We bought two last summer & have enjoyed them so much that we've just added an extra two further to the yard. The yard is beautiful lit at night with these in combination with some of the down lighters. They are practically and in keeping with our traditional aesthetic. Love them!

Excellent so far Verified Purchase
Value for money, very easy to install. Love that it turns on/off automatically when it gets dark. Have had it charging in sunlight in the back garden before I could swop out my old mains powered light. Bright enough to light my front drive, only it's first night so, looking forward to seeing how it fairs in real life conditions. Would recommend!
