Do these lights need a full charge before the light up outside, they lit up when I took them out of the box,but not now I've hung them up,thank you

Answer:

We recommend a full USB charge or 3-5 days in direct sunlight. Please also make sure that the solar panel is not in a postion where there is any daylight or artificial light getting onto it as it will assume it is daylight and not come on.

Hi Folks Wondered if you can help, last year you kindly sent me a replacement set of these which have been great even with the low daylight through the winter. Recently I switched them off for a few days and when I put them back on they were super bright, however, what seems to be happening is when they should switch off during daylight they stay on all the time and get progressively dimmer until they run out of power. Any ideas why they're staying on in the day gratefully received Cheers Andy

For winter and darker months, we do advise that your lights be used on the lowest brightness (powersaving). As this will help preserve the battery and allow the lights to run through the night. I have asked one of our customer service agents to reach out to you, to see if they can assist.
