Hello, there is a wire from the cable that goes into a splitter which then goes out to the 4 lights.

Hello, you can recharge them via the USB to give them a boost for 4 - 6 hours, the panel can be removed from the spotlights to be brought in for a charge. These lights have a 7 hour timer so they will come on at dusk and turn off 7 hours later.
