Two power settings let you choose between having a brighter light or longer run times. Powersaving mode reduces the power outputted to the Shard by half which doubles the amount of time the Shard will run for each night.Waterproofing

Question:
Can I unplug the solar panel and put it in a sunnier spot in winter to charge then re plug it in ? The position where they are placed in winter doesn't get enough sun

Answer:
Hi Rico, Thank you for your message, we have lights that would have the battery in the Solar panel and some in the light itself. With our Shard you can do exactly that. As the battery is inside the panel you can place it in a different position let it charge in the sun and connect it back to the light when fully charged.
