Works well Verified Purchase
I bought this hoping to mount it over blue and yellow festoon lights that are in support of Ukraine but the mains lights were too bright for it to work. HOWEVER,, for Christmas I moved it into a covered, north facing open porch and it worked…and now it is out in the front north facing garden, in dull, wet February, last night it stayed on all night. It s a good bright yellow colour. I am amazed and delighted and wish there were more shapes options in more colours. i shall add the blue cat today as it fits the blue and yellow theme.

The mode button will be the same button you use to turn the lights on and off, if you gently hold down the touch button you will start to see the light change modes.

Is there enough sunlight during the winter months to charge the batteries. Would love to put this on top of my outdoor Christmas tree.

Answer:

these will charge on however much sun they recieve, so the battery will charge, but they may just have a lower run time as there is now powersaving mode. So do keep this in mind.
